Maruti has officially announced the launch of Celerio hatchback in India. The vehicle is now available for booking. This new car from Maruti Suzuki will replace their not so popular car A-star and Estilo. Company has introduced many new features in this car which are very first for the segment. Celerio is based on a new platform.
Celerio will be featured with new technological fittings. It will house a new automatic transmission system named by company as EZ drive technology which is based upon Automated Manual Transmission. This returns a smile generating mileage of 23.1 KMPL. Other features include ORVM mounted indicator blinkers, stering mounted controls, music system with Bluetooth connectivity, 235-liter boot space, air conditioner, dual tone interiors, map pockets, ABS etc. Celerio will be equipped with 1 liter K-series engine which will generate 67 BHP of power.
