Mercedes-Benz India to Introduce Next Generation C Class Sedan

Mercedes-Benz India has been growing its market never like before in the country and this rising sales chart of the company has resulted in many launches. The multinational company has launched over 15 cars this year in India and still continuing the number. The latest news which comes out from the company is that the current C Class car will be stopped and a new face-lifted version will come instead of that at the beginning of the next year. The car is under its last production batch for meeting the demands of the customer for the upcoming festive season.

The car will be launched with a lot of tweaks and updates and has already been launched in the international market. The car will be based on the platform of the MRA structure with the rear wheel layout for the drive. The car is acknowledged as the baby S class in the media and it's just because of the design based on the MRA design. The current C class comes with a 1.8 Litre petrol and 2.2 Litre diesel power mill.

The car will be under the production by the start of next year and will start selling from the 3rd or 4th month of the next year. It will take the challenges from the cars like Audi A series, Volvo S60 and BMW 3 Series as well with the competitive price tag of INR 30-34 Lac ex-showroom.
