In January 2014, the high-profile car maker company Mercedes-Benz introduced the S-class car series in the Indian market by launching the S-Class S 500 in the top model. Now, the big fish in the auto world is all set to fetch some decent numbers to increase the graph of its sales by launching a relatively lower spec model in S-class, that is S-Class, S 350 CDI on the June 5 (expected).
The Mercedes-Benz S 350 CDI will get the power from its 3.0 Litre V6 diesel engine which is capable enough to produce a maximum power of 258 BHP and whooping 620 NM torque for the sensational driving feel. The S 350 CDI will have the power-driven to its rear wheels with a 7G-Tronic Plus gearbox for the better driving control. On the exteriors, S 350 CDI will copy most of the elements of its top model S 500 and that guarantees the inclusion of bumpers, front and rear lights and roof line along with some others like new wheel options, AMG-specs wheels and a new body kit as well.
If we talk about the interiors, then the S 350 CDI will include some of the features like Burmester sound system, 8-step mood lighting, rear seat massage and work trays, body control ride, dual screens in front, four zone climate control and countless others. Now, however, this is a lower model of S-class, but looking at the features, one can't say that it's not a luxury car. The price of this S 350 CDI will be around INR 30 Lac less than that of S 500, which means around INR 1.1 Crore.
