Mercedes-Benz to Launch AMG Sport Model Soon

Mercedes-Benz is all set to launch the AMG sport model class separately for the world at the upcoming Detroit Motor Show in January 2015. The company decided to put on the AMG Sport model as a different series because of the increasing demand of luxury sports car and to offer an additional option of car that could fit between the AMG sports kit equipped cars and official AMG models. These new models will be named as Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe and C450 AMG Sport. Also, after getting launched in the market for sale, these new AMG Sport models will directly compete to BMW M Tag and Audi S series cars.

Talking about the features, there would be enhanced engine, standard 4WD option, chassis components and brake system and much more. Mercedes-Benz also hinted that the interiors could be carried over from the current AMG models and rest you'll witness at the launch. The company's board of management Chairman Tobias Moers said that “We are proud of these successes, as they provide the basis for the next stage of our growth strategy, which we are now launching. In the next three years we aim to more than double our total sales of 2013.

He further added, “The new Sport models represent a convincing proposition for our customer: genuine sports car technology becomes accessible, appealing to an even broader-ranging clientele worldwide. For all our dynamic growth, we remain true to our brand claim of 'Driving Performance'.”
