Mercedes-Benz had announced at the beginning of 2015 that it will introduce 15 models in India this year and now it has launched the C 63 AMG S sedan, which is the 11th model under this lineup. This performance oriented car is available at the price tag of INR.1.30 Crores. It is going to be third variant in the AMG lineup that already consists of C220 CDI and C200 models. The prospective buyers will be able to choose among four paint shades including- Obsidian Black, Iridium Silver, Brilliant Blue and Polar White colors.
This newly launched luxury car stands on 19 inch multi-spoke alloy wheels and houses LED headlights flanked by a captivating AMG grille. It also sports side sill panels, decent tail lights and a curved roof, which makes the car look elegant.
Coming to the interior, the dashboard has been finished with black Artico leather with the premium look and is stitched with crystal Grey that looks very impressive. Moreover, the flat bottom steering wheel carries Mercedes emblem with silver accents. Besides this, the car will have a touchpad infotainment system, heads-up display, Burmester Surround System and a carbon fiber trimming.
Under the hood, it will be fitted with a very powerful 4.0liter, V8 twin turbo engine that produces 496 hp and a peak torque of 700Nm that is mated to a 7-Speed AMG Speedshift transmission unit. The C 63 AMG S is accelerated to cover the distance of 0-100km/h in mere 4.0 seconds with the top speed of 250km/h.
