Ferrari has just unveiled the LaFerrari FXX K officially with fine tuned engine and lots of other changes as well to make churn out the maximum power of over 1000 hp. Yeah, you heard it right and the company has launched it as a track version only to join its other cousins Ferrari FXX and 599XX. The engine specification which has set the people in awe for this car is that it's a hybrid mule with electric motor also playing a part in generating power which over 1000 in total. It also has 4 different driving options to use the available output in the most efficient way on the basis of your needs.
The mechanical engine of this LaFerrari FXX K is an enhanced 6.3 Litre V12 naturally aspirated power house which produces 835 hp power and 900 Nm torque. The upgraded electric motor produces nearly 200 hp (188hp to be precise) and hence making the total output of the car nearly 1035 hp. The car is mated with the 7-speed paddle shift dual-clutch transmission system.
The four modes of the car include Qualify for limited laps on the track, Long Run for extended track performance, Manual Boost to generate maximum torque and Fast Charge to give some life to the car's battery. There are also changed parts in the engine like camshafts, intake manifolds and other as well. Cosmetically, there are changes on headlights, new hood and splitter and other parts to distinguish it from the regular version of the car.
