MV Agusta Plans to Introduce Three New Bikes in India This Year

Reportedly, it has been known from the sources that the Italian marque, MV Agusta has plan to launch three new models in its Indian lineup. Out of three models, one will be the MY2017 F3 800, while, there is no information about the other two products as the company officials have refused to reveal the details of other models.

Though, the details like the availability of all the three models in the country for homologation process, hints they all are sub-850cc models. Speculations are apart from the above mentioned model, other two could be from Rivale, Dragster and Stradale, which are in queue to launch here. Altogether, the launch of Turismo Veloce that is scheduled to launch next year also supports these speculations. As expected, all the three models will mark their presence in the country all the way through Italy via semi knocked down ( SKD) route and will further be assembled here as their other siblings such as the F3 800 and the Brutale 800. The selected channel to ship bikes here is beneficial for the bike maker as it helps to keep the prices of the motorcycles in check in comparision to the CBU brought models.

MV Agusta Brutale 800, is the recent addition to the Indian lineup and the model has received nine booking since now. And, the company is planning to exchange this new entrant with the highest selling motorcycle in the country so far, the F3 800. It was introduced in India in 2016 and MV Agusta has sold 100 units of motorcycle across the country. Out of which 40 motorcycles were handed over through the three Motoroyale outlets, while the remaining 60 were directly delivered from the factory. MV Agusta co-partner, Kinetic is looking forward to expand its dealerships networks by inaugurating new showroom in Mumbai, Delhi, Surat, Chennai and Chandigarh.
