New Honda Jazz to Feature a 5-Speed CVT Automatic Gearbox

Nowadays, the next generation Honda Jazz is at the highest peak of discussion regarding its gearbox, which is most likely to be borrowed from the Honda City, a 5-speed automatic CVT gearbox. While it is still under doubts for engine that the new model will be machined with a 1.5 litre i-VTEC or 1.2 litre i-VTEC units, there are very high chances that it will receive paddle shifters. Its regular versions will be available in two engine options, such as a 1.2 litre VTEC petrol and a 1.5 litre i-DTEC diesel to churn out the outputs of 87 bhp, 109 Nm and 99 bhp, 200 Nm, respectively.

Just like the City sedan, the upcoming Jazz will be acquainted in four versions, E, S, V and VX.
