Hyundai Verna is one of the top-selling cars in India, but the throne was re-claimed by the India's most fuel-efficient car Honda City. The Verna is definitely a good car which still in the mind of people when they go for a compact sedan car. Also, Hyundai launched the facelift of the Verna as Hyundai Solaris in Russia and now the company is planning to launch the revamped version of the car in India as well. Though, there would be only cosmetic changes.

Hyundai Solaris

Hyundai Solaris had the minimal aesthetic changes like new headlights, bumpers, grille, fog lights, and automatic gearbox as well. However, there were no changes in the interiors, but the 4-speed automatic transmission was updated to the 6-speed with LED lights and re-designed bumper as well. The mechanical powerhouse will be unchanged for the Indian version too, as the car already has the best in class 1.4 Litre and 1.6 Litre petrol/diesel models. Though, the higher capacity versions could get the 6-speed automatic transmission instead of 4-speed one, just like the Hyundai Solaris.

This Facelift version of the Hyundai Verna could revive the milestone set by itself just a year ago.
