New Toyota Camry Launched in Australia

At the end of last month, Toyota brought its Camry facelift to the Indian shores and now, the manufacturer has launched this model in Australia in petrol as well as in hybrid variants. Both of these versions get the starting price of $ 28,990 and $ 32,990, respectively. Toyota said that the latest runabout receives a new outlook and more appealing appearance as compared to its outgoing variant. Aesthetically, it includes a plethora of refreshments from its front to rear, comprising stunning C-pillar and rattling bumper. Spilling the beans about its retouched parts, this vehicle unifies a recalibrated suspension system, 18 inch alloy wheels and impressive steering ratio.

As we told you that the Camry facelift is available in two mill options, such as petrol and hybrid, which are powered by a 2.5 litre four cylinder unit and a 2.5 litre four cylinder petrol electric hybrid motor, respectively. There are four new gasoline versions that are named as Altise, Atara S, Atara SX and Atara SL, whereas the hybrid one is present in three trims, Altise, Atara S and Atara SL. All the petrol models have been coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission and they can cover 100 km of appreciable distance in just 7.8 litres of fuel consumption.

On the other hand, paired to a CVT technology, the hybrid trims only consume 5.2 litres of fuel while covering 100 km of remarkable distance.
