The Paris Motor Show 2014 seems to be an affair of the hybrid and electric cars as most of the world's brands are going green this year at the Paris Motor Show 2014. The latest addition of the list is Porsche's famous Cayenne S E-hybrid. The car really comes with awesome power and in regular S, Turbo and Diesel variants as well. This new hybrid version has a 3.0 Litre V6 supercharged petrol fuel mill and an electric motor producing 416 hp power and 590 Nm torque as one unit.
The charging of its 10.8 Kwh Li-Ion battery can be done on-board in 2.7 hours and 2.3 hours with 3.6 Kwh and 7.2 Kwh on-board charger respectively. The pure electric limit of the SUV is 36 km with 125 km/h as top speed. The car also has the latest 8-speed transmission system as well.
This hybrid mule can reach out the 100 km/h mark in just 6 seconds and could reach the top speed of 243 km/h with the 30 km/l of decent fuel efficiency. The other 3 regular version of the Cayenne, that is S, Turbo and Diesel comes a with 416 hp 3.0 Litre V6 twin turbo, 516 hp 4.8 Litre V8 twin turbo and 236 hp 3.0 Litre V6 turbo engine respectively.
