Porsche Cayman GT4 Embarked at Geneva Motor Show

The most powerful and spectacular variant of the Porsche Cayman, GT4 has been introduced at the ongoing 2015 Geneva Motor Show. In short, we can say that it is the smaller version of the 911 GT3 including all features in a mini package alongside arrogant front fascia comprising air intakes, mesh grille inserts and splitter. At the rear, this vehicle gets a fixed wing, centre mounted dual exhaust pipe arrangement and a larger spoiler. Its ground clearance has been reduced by 30 mm, while the braking system takes inspiration from the 911 GT3.

Apart from the new Alcantara upholstery as well as the latest sports steering wheel, everything is similar to the outgoing variants of this runabout. Now, there are no more doubts regarding its aesthetic polished components as they are featured amazingly to bestow enthralling aspects and comfortable seating for the customers. Powertrain is inherited from the 911 Carrera S and is powered by a 3.8 litre flat-Six engine to churn out the output of 385 hp. This mill is coupled with a 6-speed manual transmission, which will transfer the produced power to its rear wheels.

Moreover, the Porsche Cayman GT4 can be accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds ahead of achieving the top speed 295 km/h. The manufacturer has not made any announcement regarding its Indian launch, while the dealers have started accepting orders for this sports car in Germany at INR 85.2 Lacs and deliveries will be commenced at the end of March.
