Pulsar 150 NS Staging at Trade Expo, Turkey

The Bajaj Auto has displayed the new Pulsar 150NS at the Trade Expo in Istanbul, Turkey. Apart from this, the Pulsar 200SS and Boxer 150 have also been seen in this show. The Pulsar 150 NS might get launched in India anytime soon. The motorcycle is an amalgam of Pulsar 150 and 200NS. The newly showcased motorcycle gets a windshield and updated rear mud guard to differentiate it from the current version, i.e. Pulsar 150. The perimeter frame is now attached with a slimmer subframe.

The overall body and design cues are borrowed from 200NS, such as the Pulsar 150 NS is now featured with a high mounted visor, small tyres, Y-shaped alloy wheels, redesigned rear section, swing-arm, foot pegs and crash guard. And, the graphics are remaining the same as in the current model Pulsar 200NS. The bike gets an underbelly exhaust. The clip-on handlebars and split seats have been placed in a well manner to offer a comfortable riding posture.

Moreover, it is expected that the Pulsar 150NS might be featuring a 150 to 160cc engine. It is sure that the bike is not equipped with a fuel injection system and rear disc brake, while the front and rear suspension are borrowed from 200NS. Talking about Pulsar 150, the bike is powered by a 149cc, air-cooled and single-cylinder engine. The 149cc engine motorcycle is blessed with the patented technologies like ExhausTEC Technology and Digital Twin Spark Ignition (DTS-i), which returns a maximum power of 14.9 BHP at 9,000 RPM, while making 12.5 NM of torque at 6,500 RPM. Thus, the engine is mated to a five-speed manual transmission gearbox.

The company has made an announcement that they will be launching six bikes in the first six months of the fiscal year, out of which Platina 100 ES has made its sudden appearance over the Bajaj’s official website in the month of January. Following the first one, the Bajaj CT 100 has made its unexpected comeback after a long hiatus of 9 long years. Now, we’ll be eagerly waiting to know which one is in the row for this month. Stay tuned with SAGMart for more info of the Bajaj’s upcoming sports motorcycle.
