Rajasthan DGP Inaugurated eFIR (online complaint) Facility for Stolen Vehicles

Last month, the Director General of Police, Rajasthan-O.P. Galhotra launched an eFIR facility in order to complain online about the stolen vehicles in the state.

As per the DGP, one can lodge an online complaint at police headquarters. The facility is initiated by the State Crime Records Bureau, the body in association with Crime and Criminal Tracking and Networking System. He further added, Rajasthan has become the first state to get this facility.

Further explaining the procedure of filing a complaint via eFIR, State Crime Records Bureau (SCRB) additional DG Hemant Priyadarshi said, to lodge an e-FIR, one has to log in with SSO ID (Rajasthan Single Sign-on ID). Altogether, Rajdhara App can also be used as it has also been connected to the eFIR system. With this app, one can easily search the nearest police station and its location.

Moreover, the inauguration of another system named the learning management system (LMS Software) also took place via the state police chief. With this software, the police personnel will not only get aware of the new technologies online but also learned to operate them. Also, it will help in enhancing knowledge to a next level.
