Now, this is exactly what we are eagerly waiting to see. Yeah!! The Royal Enfield Continental GT in a Black Edition, an all new companion of the GT Red and GT Yellow. The India based cruiser motorcycle manufacturer has recently introduced the all Black edition of its Cafe-Racer. The Signature Black Edition Continental GT will be offered in all those markets who sells the remaining two colors of the cruiser motorcycle. The bookings for the newly launched paint scheme will soon be commenced by the manufacturer. Moreover, the new paint scheme has not impacted on the price of the motorcycle, such as the Signature Black color will be sold at the same price-Rs. 1.98 lakh (Ex-Showroom Delhi).
Technically, the Royal Enfield Continental GT Black Edition retains the very same technical specifications. The motorcycle is powered by a 535cc air-cooled and single cylinder engine that delivers a healthy power outputs. The electronically controlled fuel-injection system and Unit Construction engine (UCE) oozes a maximum power of 29 PS at 5,100 RPM and 44 Nm of torque at 4,000 RPM. All the power outputs are managed by five-speed manual gearbox. The manufacturer gives extra cubes to the motorcycle which work quickly on the intake setup.
The low mounted handlebar and a solo seat will feel you something different than the other motorcycles. The motorcycle offers an extra amount of feel by its braking duties such as it has a front Brembo and rear Bybre disc brake. With the Black Color option, the Royal Enfield Continental GT looks more striking than the other motorcycles. However, this decision will increase the sales figure over the Harley-Davidson.
