Skoda Superb Facelift to be Launched in India in 2016

The Czech based automobile producing company, Skoda seems to be making the worldwide premiere of its updated version of Superb at the Geneva Motor Show in the third month of the next year ahead of its launch in India, which is about to be held in 2016. It is based on the MQB platform and the design styling of the runabout is inspired by the Skoda VisionC concept that has already been showcased at the 2014 Geneva Auto Show. The chairman of the brand, Dr. Winfried Vahland said that the latest Superb is a “design revelation”.

The sales director of Skoda India, Pawel Szuflak has given his opinion for this new motor that the facelift version of Superb will receive the considerable modification for the company. The runabout is anticipated to get the weight loss of 80 kg and it might comprise the tremendous features, such as a digital instrument cluster, which is borrowed from the Passat. The Skoda Superb facelift will be machined with a four cylinder petrol as well as diesel engines that is similar as the Passat and the plug in hybrid model alongside the powertrains is inspired by the Passat GTE.
