The brochure scans of the 2017 Suzuki Gixxer SF with ABS has leaked online. This evolved trim of this faired bike is subjected to hit the Indian biking industry in coming weeks.
From the surfaced brochure scans it has been revealed that other than the new safety feature, the bike will also be equipped with the fuel injection system and will only be offered in top end FI variant.
Moreover, the Gixxer SF ABS will receive a host of cosmetic upgrades in order to enhance bike’s visual appearance. It will find a new tri colour combination, new SP (special edition) logo and new graphics on the front cowl and fuel tank.

Mechanically, apart from fuel injection system, the 2017 Gixxer SF ABS will continue to get the propelling power from the same 154.9cc single cylinder, air cooled motor of the ongoing model. The mill in question is rated to pump out 14.8 PS of power along with 14Nm of peak twisting force. While the power transmission duties will be handled by a five-speed gearbox unit.
As we are all aware of that the Gixxer is a runaway success model for Suzuki in India. So in order to maintain the same success story and volume generation, the bike maker is all set to introduce new and updated variants time to time. As other than this new Gixxer SF ABS variant, the company has launched dual tone alloy wheels variant for its naked sibling a few days ago.
