Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL) has launched the new 2017 SP series of its runaway success model Gixxer in the country. The company rolled out this exclusive SP series for both of its naked and semi-faired SF variant. The Gixxer SF SP with ABS and FI(Fuel Injection) is on sale at the price sticker of INR 99,312 ex-showroom (Delhi). While to own, the new Gixxer SP, you have to spend a total of INR 81,175 ex-showroom (Delhi).
Aesthetically, the 2017 Gixxer SP comes featured with an astounding tri-color combination which flaunts with new graphic work on the front cowl and the fuel tank. Also, the Gixxer SP 2017 Emblem is an add on to the sportier character of the motorcycles.
Mechanically, the Gixxer SF SP and Gixxer SP gets the propelling power from the same 155cc single cylinder, air-cooled engine of the outgoing trim. The engine is rated to belt out the maximum power of 14.84 bhp and the peak torque of 14Nm. All the generated power transfers to the rear wheel with the help of a 5-speed gearbox transmission.
