The upcoming crossover Hexa of leading automobile manufacturing firm TATA has recently been spotted during an ad-shoot on Manali-Leh highway. The new model is expected to be launched in upcoming few weeks in the country.

Hexa is a permanent replacement of Aria and was first seen at the Auto Expo 2016. The car is blessed with a complete SUV look including black plastic cladding and side sills, projector headlamps with LED DRLs, roof rails, chrome embellishments and dual exhaust tailpipes. The crossover is blessed with a wheelbase of 2,850mm and measures 4,764 in length and 1,895 in width and 1780 mm in height.
The car features an ESP (electronic stability program), diamond cut alloy wheels, Harman touchscreen infotainment system, an optional 6-speed configuration with captain seats, leather upholstery with twin-needle stitching, mood lighting, and 6 airbags.
Apart from these, the Hexa, under the hood comes with Tata’s 2.2L VARICOR turbo diesel engine capable of developing a maximum power of 156.2 hp and 400 Nm of maximum torque. An AWD system is available in the top-end model, and a 6-speed automatic transmission is also optionally available. The model captured is of mid-grade variant, which shows that an automatic option is also available on the lower trim levels.
