Tata Motors May Launch 2 new SUVs with the Jaguar Land Rover Corporation

It's a well know fact that the Tata Motors does own the very famous Jaguar Land Rover luxury car group on an international level, but till now there hasn't been anything which both the companies are sharing with each other apart from the profit. Though, there have been the rumors of sharing the platform, but still nothing has been confirmed by any of the partners. However, this time the things are going pretty much the smoother way as Tata Motors may launch 2 new SUVs on the JLR platform.

Tata Nixon Concept

The two new SUVs may feature 5-seat and 7-seat capacity and if we believe our sources, then they are named as Q501 and Q502 as well. We also know that in the recently concluded Auto Expo in Delhi, a concept crossover Tata Nixon was demoed by the company and this is said to be based on the JLR platform as well. Also, with the design, the new Ingenium engines may become the part of the Tata products as well and, if that becomes truth, then I guess that Tata product will stand atop in the line of luxury vehicles not only in India, but abroad as well.

The price of the cars developed by the joint venture of the Tata and JLR will be around INR 15-27 Lac and that will make the vehicles very luxurious and of course a high-class competitors in the sedan, luxury and expensive car segment in India and the world.
