The quickest four wheel monster in the Lamborghini history, Huracan Performante has been launched in India at a sky-high price of INR 3.97 Crore (ex-showroom, Delhi). With this new highest performance version of Huracan, the Italian supercar maker shows the world what is real meant to be quick off the mark!

Just like every supercar, the Lamborghini Huracan Performante has done something extraordinary to grab attention from enthusiasts across the world. And the work done by this beast is attached to its name, and it is 6:52:01. This indicates time taken by this track-focused new Lambo mean-machine to cover up the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
With these digits, Huracan Performante has become the fastest car to do so on this track, beating the earlier record holder Porsche 918 Spyder by 5 seconds.
Giving you a tour around the Lamborghini Huracan Indian family, Performante is the 6th model to join the league, after the all-wheel drive (coupe and spyder), rear wheel drive (coupe and spyder) and the Avio.
The Huracan Performante was first showcased at the recently concluded 2017 Geneva Motor Show in Germany. At the event, the super sports car maker had a word about the India launch of this model. That said depending on how aggressive Lamborghini is getting in the Indian market, in terms of product launches, we might even get the car in India. And now finally, the Italian brand has officially launched the car in the country.
Powered by a 5.2-litre most powerful V10 motor, the Huracan Performante rockets 0 to 100 kmph in just 2.9 seconds and is capable of hitting a top speed of 325 kmph.
The engine develops the massive power of 640 bhp along with the immense torque of 600 Nm (which 30 hp more power and 40 Nm more torque generated by the standard Huracan AWD coupe). The power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
The carmaker will launch the new Lamborghini Huracan Performante later this year in several International markets including the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, China and Japan.
It’s really interesting that Lamborghini considering the Indian Super Car market very seriously despite the low volume segment. The Huracan Performante is the second launch of the year from Lamborghini in India after the Aventador S.
