After launching the Limited Edition scooter Elegante on 16th September, yesterday the Piaggio has declared the price of its Limited Edition model. The company has launched the Vespa Elegante at INR 78,999 (ex-showroom Delhi). The scooter is based on its VX variant and it is available in two dynamic metallic colors, Pearl White and Marrakech Brown. The company has provided half face helmet that is matches with the color of the scooters that will give a different look to its riders. The Elegante gets a new triangular front grille, split seats, round chrome rear view mirror and round headlight that gives the scooter exclusive and premium look.
The chairman and managing director of Piaggio, Mr. Ravi Chopra says that "Piaggio is delighted to offer the stylish limited edition Vespa Elegante for its Indian fans. The Limited Edition Vespa Elegante symbolises Piaggio's ownership of the premium scooter segment that the group has successfully created in the Indian market. It takes the legacy of the iconic Vespa to another high. With its classy yet quirky designs, Vespa Elegante will be a proud possession of any real Vespa enthusiast. However, some exclusive key features of Vespa Elegante are special limited edition 'Elegante' badge and chrome perimeter guard kit around the scooter and front bumper. The company has plans to introduce the fewer Limited Edition models in the upcoming year for the Indian market with some new attractive premium styles.
