Toyota Etios Facelift Leaked Through Images

Toyota Etios facelift has been unveiled online through some leaked images that is expected to launch in Brazil on 19 April 2016. Unlike some visual changes, the car has also been revived updates to the interior as well the mechanical configuration is also indicating some new specs.

Starting with design, it gets restyled front grill with chrome slats against the minimalist design. In addition, some of the other features have been added to the exterior that are listed as front bumper,, new fog lamps and new alloy wheels.

It looks like the carmaker is planning to surprise their customer by new interiors and hence they have made the noteworthy changes to the cabin. It includes, cruise control, ISOFIX child seat, head restraint, a new digital instrument cluster and a new touchscreen infotainment system.

The mechanical duty will be preformed by a re-tuned 1.3-litre Dual VVT-i and a 1.5-litre Dual VVT-i petrol engines those are claimed to be 9% more fuel-effcient in comparison to the earlier ones. It's 1.3-litre motor generates 98 Bhp of power and the 1.5-litre unit produces 107 Bhp of power, which is also higher from the ongoing model. Moreover, there is also a report about a new transmission option of a 6-speed manual instead of aged 5-speed manual unit. Besides, the carmaker has also offered a new 4-speed automatic transmission with this upcoming variant.

While the launch would expected to happen in South America on April 19, some price details have also been out that starts from $ 48,293 or INR 9.06 Lakhs and goes up to $ 61,426 or INR 11.50 Lakhs. Anyway, all the details are based on the leaked information that will be confirmed at the launch event or prior to that show.
