Triumph Launches Bonneville Bobber in India, Priced at INR 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi)

Yes!!, the Brutal Beauty, officially known as Triumph Bonneville Bobber, which has been teased online a few days ago, has now hit the Indian shores at the price sticker of INR 9.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Here, this retro-styled motorcycle will be available through Completely Knocked Down (CKD) route, which will be locally assembled at the brand’s Haryana-based manufacturing unit.

The advance bookings for the Bonneville Bobber has already been commenced from last few weeks. The buyers have need to pay a booking amount of Rs. 2 lakh for registration and after 10 days, the motorcycle will be handed over to you once the payment done.

The Triumph Bonneville Bobber is a stripped down illustration of its younger sister in Indian lineup, the Bonneville T120. It has been embellished with old-school design components to give it a unique and instantly recognizable style. The noteworthy design and style cues include stripped back, hard tail, single seat, flat and low bars, and minimal fenders. Other than this, developed around a newly developed chassis and suspension setup, the motorcycle features new bubble tank, custom battery box and adjustable riding position for rider’s aids.

Mechanically, the motorcycle shares the similar 1200cc parallel-twin powertrain of Bonneville T120. the motor is capable of producing 77PS of power at 6100 rpm and 106 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. Suspension setup comprises a 41mm telescopic forks up front along with a KYB rear mono shock unit. Braking duties wiil be handled by a 310mm disc with Nissin twin-piston floating calipers at the front and a 255mm disc rotor with a Nissin single piston caliper at the rear. the ABS feature is also provided as a standard fitment.
