Triumph Motorcycles Launches Tiger 800XR in India

The British motorcycle maker, Triumph, has launched its all-new motorcycle, Triumph Tiger 800XR, in the Indian two-wheeler market at Rs. 10.50 Lakh. It is the cheapest motorcycle in Tiger line-up that will be assembled locally through the Completely Knocked Down (CKD) route in India. Now at this time, the company has four adventure motorcycles, including with newly launched Tiger 800XR, in its line-up and 14 motorcycles in five categories. Moreover, the motorcycle is featured with a robust engine and modern technology that will provide outstanding performance and dynamic ride quality. In terms of design, the new motorcycle looks very identical to Tiger XRx and XCx that have recently been launched in the country with a heavy price tag.

Triumph Tiger 800

The new Triumph Tiger 800XR has an excellent riding ability as it is featured with a switchable Anti-lock braking system, lightweight chassis, Ride by Wire, Triumph Traction Control System and adjustable seat height that look promising for a comfortable ride. It claims to be more comfortable and refined than before with improved performance and impressive mileage. The motorcycle gets a 19-liter fuel tank and side panels which give a bulky look to the motorcycle. The adjustable seat height and nicely placed handlebar are ensuring for providing a comfortable sitting position.

Triumph Tiger 800XRx

From the technical side, the new Tiger 800XR is powered by an 800cc and three-cylinder motor that returns 95 PS of power and dynamic mileage. Triumph India offers two-year factory warranty. Apart from this, Triumph India currently has 11 dealerships across the country and planning to launch its 12th dealership in the Pink City-Jaipur. The firm has sold over 2,000 units in the country since the launching of the products.
