Triumph Reported a Touring Version of the New Triumph Street Triple

While it has been reported a couple of days before that there would be four different versions of the new Triumph Street Triple, an interesting tittle-tattle is churning up now saying that a touring version of the bike is going to be in the range as well. The online portal of the company has made a hint about a semi-faired variant of the motorcycle that will hold the place as the fourth model beneath the new Street Triple product portfolio. Nothing has been heard much about this, though, this model will resemble the Yamaha Tracer, sources said.

Talking about the rivalries, the semi-faired model will lock the horns of the Kawasaki Ninja 650 and Honda CBR650F and would likely be pitched as a sports bike. Basically, the four versions- the standard, the Street Triple R, the Street Triple RT and the Street Triple RS are going to cater the Street Triple family. In a survey taken out last year, a few of the potential buyers were asked about their preferences for the machine and listing a couple of details for the forthcoming model. If these rumors are believed to be true, the Street Triple RT could take a name from the rest ones as the touring variant.
