Triumph Trophy Might be the Next Motorcycle For India Lineup

The British motorcycle maker, Triumph, is known by its sports, adventurer and cruiser motorcycles. The sales of the motorcycle are growing rapidly in the Indian two-wheeler market as the company has holding 15 products including sports, cruisers, adventures, classics and roadsters motorcycle since 2013. In the short time of period, the Triumph has achieved dynamic sales by introducing iconic products in the country. It is the evident that the British bike manufacturer is readying to increase its products line-up with the introduction of new Touring segment in the Indian automobile market.

The upcoming product from the British motorcycle maker could be Triumph Trophy that is likely to be launched in the country by later this year. The Triumph Trophy was launched in the international market in 2012. From the technical side, the motorcycle gets power from a liquid-cooled, 12-valve, in-line triple and 1,215cc engine which churns out a maximum power of 134 PS and 120 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six speed transmission. All the power sent to the rear wheel via a low maintenance shaft drive. The other noteworthy luxurious features of Trophy are Audio system with a pair of 20W speakers, automatic volume controller, Blue-tooth, heated rider and passenger seat.

The motorcycle is built around on a rigid aluminum frame that will easily observe the heavy loads without making any handling problem as well. The motorcycle offers dynamic ride quality as it is featured split seats and large handlebars that give better stability and impressive handling. Moreover, the motorcycle is featured with a bunch of dynamic features that includes Anti-lock Braking System, Traction Control System and Ride-By-Wire throttle system with electronic cruise control. The motorcycle gets electronic suspension that is ensured for an excellent handling. The motorcycle will be priced in the county above Rs. 20 lakh (Ex-showrrom).
