Volkswagen Getting Tiguan Ready for 2015 Debut

World's one of the biggest car maker group Volkswagen has very aggressive plans for the year 2015 and the company is planning to launch a series of cars in every segment like Compact SUV, crossover, sub-premium sedan and others as well. There is one car about which the company is about to debut possibly at the September's Frankfurt Motor Show and the car is next-generation Volkswagen Tiguan SUV. Although there are not much details out about the launch or even the car, but it has been spotted many times testing on the roads and as the reports are saying, the car might see the public debut soon in the middle of 2015.

The car will be available in 3 body styles as standard, long wheelbase 7-seater car and a 5-door coupe as well. The 7-seater version might also get debuted at the 2016 Detroit Motor Show in January. This compact SUV or the crossover car will be based on the company's MQB platform that is the lighter option to make the cars more efficient. There also will be two trims available that is City and Adventure with front and all-wheel-drive system respectively.

Mentioning the engines, there would be possible 4-Cylinder units available with 1.4 Litre petrol unit and 2.0 Litre TDI diesel units as the prominent choices. Well, the few details available seems promising about the car and let's just wait for it to get launched.
