Volkswagen Introduced Special Editions of Polo, Vento and Ameo

The leading German auto giant has added special editions, called ‘Crest Collection’ of the Polo hatchback, the Vento sedan and the entry level sedan Ameo. This special edition package includes many cosmetic updates and new features to all three models. It can only be availed in a special white paint scheme on the exteriors with black coloured roof.
The maker has also announced a special finance scheme for the special collection. The Crest Collection is available through all the variants of the Ameo, while in Polo it is introduced in Comfortline and Highline variants, and in Vento, it can only be availed in Highline variant.
The Crest was first introduced on the Beetle which was manufactured in Wolfsburg, Germany in 1945. The exterior details on the package include white body paint, matt black roof, black side foils, tailgate black finish and the Wolfsburg Crest badge on the C-pillar.

On the inside, apart from the features that are present of the regular variant, the Crest collection adds textile mat, door step garnish, black finished front armrest, leather seat covers embossed with Wolfsburg Crest collection and detachable sunblinds. However, under the hood, all the car remain identical to their standard model.
This special edition costs INR 3,000 over the regular price of Vento and 16,000 over the Polo. The Trendline and Comfortline variants include an extra cost of INR 25,000 to avail Crest edition, while the range-topping Highline variant over costs INR 21,000.

A few days ago, the German automaker had also announced dual airbags and ABS as a standard equipment throughout the Indian lineup. Base variants of the Polo and Vento are the latest two who got benefited from the scheme.
