One of the top selling sedan cars in the Indian market is this Volkswagen Vento, but now as market has been flooded by many options, it has to change a bit to generate better sales. Well, to make sure that the customer base doesn't shifts to another options, Volkswagen is possibly working on a facelift version of the car and that already has gone under testing as well, however, only claimed. There also is no information on features that are going to be the part of this facelift model, but a few ones are expected according to market scenario.
Talking about the engine specifications, then this facelift is supposed to be powered by the very same 1.2 Litre 4-Cylinder turbo and 1.6 Litre 4-Cylinder petrol engines that are able to generate 103 bhp and 105 bhp power respectively with same 153 Nm torque. The diesel engine would be a 1.5 Litre 4-Cylinder mill that will generate 105 bhp power and 250 Nm torque too. The petrol engines will be pairedd with the 7-speed DSG gearbox and 5-speed manual transmission system, while the diesel engine will also be mated to both 7-speed DSG and 5-speed manual transmission.
Moreover, the interiors are supposed to get the chrome inserts and dual-tone shade to impress the customers. But, as we mentioned that nothing has been confirmed by the company, so not even a single feature can be mentioned with surety here.
