Volvo India is all set to launch the XC90 Next Generation SUV is all set to launch in the market in the luxury segment. The car will take on the likes of BMW X5, Toyota Land Cruiser, Audi Q series and many more. There are many features on this new version of the car and has been anticipated highly in India as well. It would be powered by a 2.0 Litre 4-Cylinder Twin-Turbo diesel engine, which is able to belt out 225 bhp power and 470 Nm torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission system with all wheel drive (AWD) feature as well.
There also are possibilities that a hybrid T8 version might come to India as well, but that will be later not now. Talking about the features, this new XC90 SUV has many of them like 12.3 Inch infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, rain sensing wipers, LED headlamps, Apple Car Play and much more.
The company has also developed this car on the Scalable Platform Architecture to make sure that it perform well not only on the roads, but off-road as well. The price of this car will be out tomorrow and I guess many of us would be waiting for the same, so that they can make plans to buy one.
