HTC RE to be Exposed at Double Exposure on October the 17th

The long rumored and world exhibited action camera from HTC is ready to be placed in Indian stores by the 17th of this month. Though, the action camera line up from the company will be seeing its debut with this snapper, the expectations of the company from it are loud enough to freeze the impact over its smartphone fans and people using iOS and Android OS as well. HTC has prepared an application for this camera to watch its lens' view over the Smartphone screen. This app will support most of the devices including same day launching HTC Desire Eye. The application area for this gadget is wide enough to serve the fancy taste of imaging.

The RE action camera is a vertical cigar shaped snapper with a lot of stuff embedded inside the palm stature structure. The 16 mega pixel CMOS sensor seeks its object from a 146 degree ultra wide angle lens. The lens aperture is f/2.3 and can record full HD Videos at 30 frames per second speed. It can record movie in slower motion rate at 720 pixels for upto 4X of the decrease in speed. There is no display unit for the camera and thus, one would be playing prank with self to get the desired portion of nature.

The camera is composed of only two buttons for the entire functioning. The head of the device contains chrome finished round switch which starts the still snapping when pressed once. On pressing this button twice, the video mode will begin rolling. One can notice the LED glow on the button itself to judge the current mode of operation. The second button can be found at the obverse side of the cam that records slow motion video by keeping it pressed. The bottom of the camera has a tripod jack and micro SD card slot. There is no camera ON OFF button as camera senses the hand’s grip for that operation. When introduced in USA, it was priced around $200, which is a bit expensive to justify its usage. Let’s wait for the day when it will be arriving in Indian shades.
