Samsung Introduced NX1 Camera with NX Series Lenses @ Photokina

The awaited flagship camera from Samsung has been placed for the public’s interest at Photokina, world of Imaging getting celebrated at Cologne, Germany. The camera will be placed as the flagship product and has the greatest of imaging features. This is going to be the first camera from the company to house a video camera to record movies worth 4K resolution. This resolution can be grabbed at 24 frames per second while the Ultra high definition videos can be popped in this gadget at a frame rate of 30 to 24 frames per second. The 28.2-megapixel backside-illuminated APS-C CMOS sensor is a power unit for photography enthusiasts which is assisted with NX AF System III auto focus. Samsung has also unveiled their lens mount for NX series cameras.  The 50-150mm f/2.8 ED OIS S lens is equipped with an optical stabilizer and Ultra-Precise Stepping Motor (UPSM) stepper motor controlled auto focus for best results in the imaging. The f/2.8 aperture allows ultra wide angle view with 31,4 ° -10,7 field of view, which grabs true to life photography. It would be a great product for sports and wild life photographers. The weather proof design and hyper shield coating makes it practical and portable. The low shutter speeds can be achieved with the advanced optical image stabilization, which can be easily accessed via swaps available at the side.

The alleged camera here is made up of magnesium alloy and hence it is also resistant to water and dust. It boasts a 1,366 x 768 electronic view finder with and apparent 3 inch Super AMOLED screen along with a status display built in LCD over the top. For videographers, the DRIMe V image processor will work for added benefit in reducing the noise while snapping high ISO images. The H.265 algorithm allows fast and easy recording of the movie. They can easily be connected to the TV via WIFI. Other connectivity features include NFC and Bluetooth which allow easy sharing of images over the air.

The camera in is expected to arrive at a price of $1,499 for its body, and it will cost $2,799 for complete package including the 16-50mm S Lens, additional battery, battery grip and charger while the lens unit is excluded to this value. The 50-150mm f/2.8 S lens can be purchased separately for $1600 ($1599.99).
