Sony Launched its Cybershot HX350 Super-Zoom Camera in India at Rs 28,990

Sony, last month launched the successor of its Cybershot HX300 camera dubbed as the Cybershot HX350 super-zoom camera. The company has announced that the camera will be available from Monday in India with a price tag of Rs 28,990. The HX350 has already made its debut in Europe at EUR 499 (Rs 32,600 approx).

Coming up to the specifications, we noticed that there are not any major changes in the new arrival as compared to its predecessor. The camera is blessed with a back-illuminated 20.4-megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor and an up-to-date BIONZ X image processor. Its ISO range is also rated at ISO 80-3200, which can be expanded further up to 12800 in multi-frame NR mode. It also features 50X of optical zoom to shoot distant objects along with an available aperture of f/2.8-6.3. The focal length of HX350 is 24mm at the wide end and 1200mm at the telephoto end.

Concerning the hardware, it gets many convenient options to make its operation a bit easier, which includes a manual ring for smooth adjustment of zoom and focus, plus an easily-accessible mode dial and custom button for quick adjustment of settings. It is capable of recording videos up to 1080p at 60fps and burst shooting of 10fps. A tiltable 3-inch LCD display with a 921k-dot resolution is also given by the company, still, it lacks Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and NFC on board.

Ports on the board includes a USB 2.0 and a Micro-HDMI port to connect it with your home screens. Moreover, it is also fueled up with an Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or NFC to prevent the camera shake and keep your device steady. The microphone or headphone socket is also absent in the device.
