Acer Launched Spin 7 as 'World's Thinnest Laptop' Priced at Rs 1,09,000

Acer, at the end of this year, has introduced a new 2-in-1 laptop in the country in its Spin series. The laptop was initially showcased at IFA 2016 and now has made its way to India with a price tag of Rs 1,09,900. The company said that laptop will soon be available at all the retail stores across the country.

The Spin 7 laptop features a 14-inch full-HD IPS touchscreen display of resolution 1920X1080 pixels, and is touted as the World's Thinnest 2-in-1 laptop, which is blessed with a 10.98mm thick aluminium body and weighs 1.2Kg. The screen of the laptop can be rotated at a 360-degree angle, which converts it into a tablet.

The convertible laptop is powered by a seventh-generation Intel core i7-7Y75 processor coupled with 8GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It also gets an availability of 256GB SATA III SSD and two USB Type-C (USB v3.1) ports. Connectivity options on the board includes Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and a memory card reader.

Backing up the device is a battery of 2770mAh, the 4-cell battery has been claimed to keep your laptop awake up to 8 hours by the company. Dolby Audio Premium technology has also been provided by the company for an amazing sound experience.
