MapmyIndia Brings Buzz Android Navigation Tablet for Car Passengers

MapmyIndia has pulled out the wrap off for bringing its Android based navigation tablet in India. Company has been tightening up the belt for bringing a device which is designed to entertain car passengers, called Buzz. The device is positioned at passenger seats as a rear seat entertainment device. This is the effort of MapmyIndia which has brought the entertainment on wheels.

This tablet is based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS to offer good Android experience as a rear-seat companion. There is no information about the screen resolution and chipset along with RAM capacity. However, it is paired with dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor.

MapmyIndia Buzz disappoints with no 3G connectivity but users can take the benefits of 3G services using 3G dongle. Some connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Its customizable interface blesses passengers with various location-based information. This device has the ability of providing weather alerts, place recommendations, current location, news alerts, speed alerts along with some other information of your interest like ATM, petrol pumps, restaurants, hotels and chemists inquiry.

It comes loaded with NaviMaps which is a voice navigation maps for locating any place. There is some more pre-loaded apps also like Locate, Explore and ReachMe which are all for location specific applications. User will also get the functionality of accessing Google Play Store for installing any app, e-book and game of your interest.

Buzz comes with 8GB of built-in storage and microSD card support which can store upto 32GB of data. With 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 3.7V lithium-polymer battery and 181.6x120.9x10.6mm dimension, this Android navigation tablet keeps the sportsmanship of entertain with navigation.
