Mercury mTab Star M830G: A Budget Tablet Comes to India

A voice calling tablet has been introduced for India, labeled Mercury mTab Star M830G which falls under the price tag of Rs. 6,999. At a very low price range, this tablet has come to lure customers with its aesthetic looks and extravagant features. Kobean is the company who deals in selling smartphones and tablets under Mercury brand, has made announcement regarding the sale of this device.

Company has declared to bring this tablet later this month to sale. However, there is no assurity about the date of this product selling. Mercury mTab Star M830G is a dual SIM tablet which offers voice calling capability. It is based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS but will be upgradable to Android 4.4 KitKat.

The 7-inch IPS HD display is meant for offering 1024x600 pixels resolution. It is paired with 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek processor and uses 1GB of RAM to enchant users with smooth and fast performance result. On the storage front, it gets 8GB of inbuilt storage that can be expandable upto 32GB using microSD card.

Going through the imaging section of Mercury mTab Star M830G, a 2-megapixel rear camera blessed users with stunning picture quality. There is a 0.3-megapixel front camera also for video calling. 3G, A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE , Wi-Fi, Micro-USB and Bluetooth are included in device to meet with the purpose of connectivity. It packs with 2800mAh battery for providing good battery backup.

This tablet can be considered as a complete budget package of smart built, elegant features and powerful performance. Earlier, Company had brought Mercury Glitz smartphone for Indian market at the price of Rs. 7,799 which also supports Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and has qHD display.
