Acer Liquid X2 with Gigantic Battery Launched Against Lenovo A5000

After a long span, the well-known Taiwan based Corporation: Acer has now made a come back into the marketplace of smartphones with its brand-new handset, called Liquid X2. To remind you, tech giant had launched Liquid Jade Z and Liquid M220 mobile phones during Mobile World Congress 2015 event, and after that company was only focusing on its tablet and laptop segments.

According to the of Engadget, this device had seen light of the day during global press conference held at 4 World Trade Center in New York on April 23. As yet, mobile phone has not been listed on the official website, but its some of the specifications have come into view via multiple sources. The most highlighted part of device is inclusion of a massive 4000mAh battery, which we had recently seen in Lenovo A5000.

The phone do reminiscent of its predecessor: Liquid E700 by comprising three SIM card slots in its shell. Glancing at display, it features a 5.5-inch screen that is quite popular among young generation, but its resolution is yet-unknown. The new creation of firm is power packed with a 64-bit octa-core processor, which is capable to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, but details about its clock speed and chipset have not been mentioned by informant.

On imaging front, Acer Liquid X2 houses 13-megapixel rear camera with f/1.8 lens and a front shooter of same resolution just like selfie-king: HTC Desire Eye. Taking a closer look at images, company has designed Quick Touch Flip covers for this mobile in a slew of colors, which offers fast access to music controls, weather, time and other features without fully flipping the case open, says The Verge.
