Adcom KitKat A40 With 3G Connectivity Launched at Rs. 2,999

Along with a goal to provide top-notch technology products at affordable prices, Adcom has a unpacked new smartphone, called KitKat A40 for India. To enhance the mobile-experience without any compromise, the gadget has been priced at an MRP of Rs. 4,500, while it is listed on an online portal: Snapdeal at best buy price of Rs. 2,999.

The device bears a 4-inch WVGA LCD display, which delivers a pixel resolution of 480x800p. It runs on Google's Android 4.4.4 KitKat to confer improved user interface and faster performance. It is arrayed with a quad-core processor that is clocked at 1.2GHz operating frequency, but its chipset is still unspecified.

At an economical value, the gadget renders 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and Micro-USB connectivity options. Talking about memory, the mobile is clubbed with 256MB RAM alongside an internal storage of 512MB that makes it identical to its budget-friendly sibling: Adcom A35. But, its inbuilt storage could be enlarged upto 64GB, while its predecessor has a maximum capacity of 32GB.

This dual-SIM smartphone is outfitted with a 2-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash along with a 1.3-megapixel front snapper. Rest of the specs include, 1650mAh Li-ion battery and some sensors like magnetometer, proximity and accelerometer.

It has been said as a best proposition for budget-conscious folks as well as that are looking to replace their feature phone. The handset has been said to go on sale via leading retail stores and E-commerce websites in coming days, but the exact availability date has not been confirmed.
