Asus Zenfone 4, 4 Pro, 4 Selfie, 4V V Launch Confirmed on August 17

Asus, the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturing firm after introducing its Zenfone 4 Max Phablet earlier this month, now has announced the launch date of its 4 new smartphones in its Zenfone 4 series, which includes Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4 Pro, Zenfone 4 Selfie, and Zenfone 4V V. The Zenfone 4 Max Phablet is currently limited to only Russian market, but is expected to be made available worldwide along with the launch of upcoming four models.

The company is expected to launch its Zenfone 4 series smartphones on August 17, 2017. The company will launch the upcoming Android smartphones in its home country followed by international release. Moreover, a recent leak on GFXBench has revealed the specifications of one of the new models named Z01M aka Zenfone 4 Selfie, according to which, the smartphone will be blessed with some plausible power and camera skills.

Asus ZenFone 4 Max

The upcoming Zenfone 4 Selfie Android smartphone is believed to come with a 5.5-inch full-HD display and will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory space. In term of optics, the handset is expected to pack a 16MP primary camera and a 12MP front snapper for selfies.

Apart from that, all of the upcoming Zenfone 4 smartphones will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat based Zen UI 3.0 and will be blessed with the similar design language as the previously launched Zenfone 4 Max. As per the specifications, the Zenfone 4 Max features a 5.5-inch full-HD screen protected by a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass. The highlighting part of the smartphone is its dual rear camera set up, which include two 13MP sensors. An 8-megapixel front shooter with LED flash is also provided by the company for shooting selfies.

The Zenfone 4 Max Dual-SIM smartphone is powered by either a Snapdragon 425 chipset or a Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 2GB, 3GB, 4GB of RAM and 16GB, 32GB, 64GB internal storage options. Moreover, the new offering by the company comes with an option to expand its memory up to 256GB via a microSD card.

The GSM handset has been introduced with a price tag of RUB 13,900 (Rs 15,000 approx), which makes it a more affordable gadget despite having high-end specifications. If the company sticks to its announcement and introduce the Zenfone 4 models on August 17, the company might also reveal the smartphone’s international release details.
