Celkon has unwrapped it’s a new smartphone for Indian market to compete with budget smartphone market. The XION S CT695 has been launched at Rs. 7,299. This device stands in the category of phablet because of its large 6.95-inch display that provides 600x1024 pixels screen resolution. Offering the bigger and better devices at budget price, what mobile makers are trying to achieve in market is just the fame or user’s good response.
Going more inside the device’s specification, we have found 1.2GHz dual-core Cortex-A7 (MediaTek MT8312) processor to boost the performance with 1GB of RAM. Celkon XION S CT695 is paired with Mali-400 GPU for offering great gaming experience. Its 8GB of built-in storage is advantageous to save huge data along with the option of microSD card slot that stores upto 32GB data.
It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and supports dual SIM. On the imaging front, it sports 5-megapixel rear camera and 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera which is best for shutterbugs to click images. It comes loaded with several connectivity features like 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, USB OTG and FM radio.
It is packed with 2500mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 30 hours and talk time of up to 3 hours. It is weighed 250 grams and comes in black color only. Launching this smartphone, Celkon has also added one more name in the fray of Android KitKat based budget smartphones.
