Coolpad Launched Note 5 With 4GB RAM And 4010 mAh Battery in India

Coolpad India on Friday launched its latest flagship smartphone dubbed as Coolpad Note 5. The highlighting feature of this smartphone is its massive 4010 mAh battery. The smartphone will be available exclusively via Amazon India from October 20, in an open sale model priced at Rs 10,999.

The GSM based smartphone is blessed with a full metal unibody design language and features a 5.5-inch full HD display of resolution 1080X1920 pixels with 2.5D curved Glass and a pixel density of 401ppi. The Dual-SIM smartphone runs Cool UI 8.0, based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 617 SoC, coupled with Adreno 405 GPU and 4GB of RAM.

Concerning the optical part, the Android smartphone packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 8-megapixel front shooter along with its own LED flash module and a ‘smart Beautification Feature’. The device is blessed with 32Gb of inbuilt storage which can be further expanded upto 64GB via microSD card. The handset also features a hybrid Dual-SIM configuration, which means you can either use a second SIM card or a microSD card.

Coolpad Note 5 features a fingerprint scanner at the rear part of the body, which has been claimed to unlock the device in 0.5 seconds. The smart device also sports gesture shortcuts and supports all 4G bands in India, with 4G VoLTE support as well.

One of the most interesting feature of the smartphone is its Dual Space system, which was firstly seen in Coolpad Max, and which can help user to have two accounts of whatsapp, facebook, messenger and other application on a single phone. A Multi-screen feature is also being rumored, though there is no confirmation on that part yet.
