Gionee, in order to expand its ‘F’ series of smartphones, launched its all new F5 in the market. The Android handset has been launched only in China and is already available in the market. It is available only in Gold and Rose Gold colour variants with a price tag of CNY 1,799 (Rs 17,600 approx).
The highlighting feature of the new arrival is its 4GB RAM and a massive 4000mAh of battery. Moreover, the device is blessed with a metallic design language, the home button is placed at its usual position along with capacitive navigation keys and the power & volume keys are embedded at the right edge of it.
Concerning further specifications, the Dual-SIM smartphone features a 5.3-inch HD display of resolution 720 X 1280 pixels with 2.5D curved glass screen. Powering the handset is a 64-bit 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and Mali T860 GPU. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and packs 32GB of inbuilt memory space, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.
In term of optics, the GSM handset comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera for shooting selfies. Backing up by a 4000mAh battery, the device also includes 4G VoLTE, FM Radio, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS as connectivity options.
