Gionee hinched the board with Pioneer P3S at Rs 5,999 in India

Expanding its Portfolio, Gionee has come up with Pioneer series smartphone to give an upper edge to its previous launch of Pioneer P3. The Pioneer P3 launched in December 2013 is extended to form P3S, that is Pioneer P3S is the upgraded version of Pioneer P3. The company has launched this smartphone in India with a price tag of Rs 5,999. The Pioneer P3S comes with slightly bigger and better display, more RAM, and more inbuilt storage with a color range of White, Grey, Red, and Golden colour variants, that will soon be flashed.

The 4.5-inch device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with the Amigo 3.1 skin on top. It has a FWVGA (480*854 pixels) display supported by dual standby dual-SIM support. It is clocked at 1.3GHz with a MediaTek MT6580 chipset quad-core processor that is coupled with 1GB RAM. It has an inbuilt 16GB storage that is expandable to 32GB via microSD card. The budget phone really overwhelms customer with its charming snapper's edge in budget range.

The low priced handset sports 5MP rear camera with 0.3MP front snapper for video chats. The connectivity edge is sanctified with Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It provides 3G connectivity and packs 2,000mAh battery. It comes with an 'Extreme Mode' that according to the company would “enable the last 10 percent of battery power to potentially last for some more time”. It also has a feature called Face beauty to enhance the selfie shots alongside the continuous shots and panorama modes.
