Gionee, the Chinese smartphone manufacturing firm has expanded its smartphone lineup and unveiled F103 Pro in India. The smartphone is available at a price tag of Rs. 11,999, and is ready for purchase through its India site.
The newly launched Gionee F103 Pro is the successor of the Gionee F103 smartphone propelled in September under the 'Make In India' initiative, and is a piece of the Gionee "Fashion" series. The F103 Pro gets numerous spec overhauls from its ancestor and keeps running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Amigo 3.1UI OS with double SIM dual SIM standby backing.

In terms of specifications, the GSM-based handset features a 5-inch HD IPS in-cell display having a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. It offers a pixel density of 294ppi. Moreover, it is secured with a 2.5D glass on top. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, coupled with 3GB of RAM.
From the Optics point of view, it incorporates a 13-megapixel camera at the rear end with LED flash, and PDAF with a case to focus in as little as 0.1 seconds. There is a 5-megapixel front camera with excellent channels to upgrade selfies. The Gionee F103 Pro offers 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot expansion.
For the connectivity, the Gionee F103 Pro incorporates 4G LTE alongside VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 GPS, USB, OTG, and microUSB 2.0 port. Dimensionally, it measures 145.3x70.5x8.5mm and weighs 143 grams. It is backed by a 2400mAh battery, which is asserted to offer 20 hours of talk time, and 470 hours of standby time.
