Google Pixel XL 2 Will Reportedly be Bigger Than Pixel XL

It is obvious that Google, the search engine giant, is currently working on the upgraded version of its previously launched Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones. Early rumours in the smartphone market suggested that the company has codenamed the second-gen Pixel XL 2 as Muskie, but now, according to some recent reports by Android Police, Google is believed to drop out the Muskie from the lineup. Considering the latest reports the upcoming Google Pixel XL 2 will be based on another phone, which has been codenamed Taimen. Moreover, it is also supposed to be blessed with a bigger screen compared to its predecessor.

Previously, an online news community named Droid-life had also stated that the company’s upcoming Taimen will feature a screen, larger than both Walleye and Muskie. Now, as per the latest reports, it can be concluded that Google has finally decided to get rid of Muskie, which means that only two Pixel smartphones will be introduced by Google this year and they will be undoubtedly based on Walleye (smaller and hence Pixel 2) and Taimen (the bigger Pixel XL 2).

Google Taimen will undoubtedly be the expensive one between the upcoming two smartphones, as it is the successor of the Google Pixel XL.
