Apparently, HTC is quite busy on an expedition of adding premium-looking new flagships into One family, which is an eminent series for encompassing high-end and beautiful all-metal smartphones such as hot-selling: One M8 and recently-launched: One M9, One M9+ and One E9+. But, it seems Taiwanese mobile maker is not contented after diversifying this lineup, and it's aiming to capture the marketplace of mid-range mobiles. In this sequence, arrival of a brand-new mobile, called Desire 626G+ in the booming Indian market clearly shows the objective of corporation.
If we will dive into handset, the gadget is basically a variant of Desire 626, which had been commenced in Taiwan only in February 2015. Coming to specifications, mobile phone is decked with an octa-core processor that is clocked at 1.7GHz, but its chipset has not been specified yet. The inclusion of a 5-inch HD display with a pixel resolution of 720x1280p make it decent and user-friendly.
As its name suggests, HTC Desire 626G+ Dual SIM is paired with dual SIM card slots. On connectivity front, phone confers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB 2.0 and GPS functionality. Taking a glance at the subject of imaging, this member of Desire family comprises a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera equipped with BSI sensor and LED flash. In addition, a 5-megapixel sensor has been coupled on the front panel of handheld.
Memory-wise, it is armed with 1GB RAM alongside 8GB of internal storage, which can be extended upto 32GB by using a microSD card. Based on Android with firm's Sense UI, handset has been claimed to render rich and enticing viewing experience. The Desire 626G+ is fueled by a 2,000mAh battery and measures 146.9x70.9x8.1mm scale and a weighing of 138 grams.
Notably, President at South Asia HTC: Faisal Siddiqui has stated "We are excited to share with our customers about the HTC Desire 626G+ dual SIM, a truly capable high speed mobile experience for all." Well, this smartphone is yet-to-be cataloged on the official website of company, but sources are suggesting that it will be procurable in Blue Lagoon and White Birch color models shortly with a price tag of Rs. 16,900.
