HTC Event is set to go Live: Desire Eye, One (M8 Eye) Spotted in Leak

The countdown for the HTC’s Double Exposure event on October 8 has begun with loads of canards. The event was heard in bazillions of stories every time with some new character. The latest in the story is HTC Desire Eye which has recently tightened the grip by presenting itself as a best selfie smartphone with 13MP front camera. Well, the news is about its teaser image which was posted on Twitter by a Russian tech blog, HTC Family. On the same time, the much anticipated and rumoured HTC One (M8 Eye) and HTC Desire Eye have also been seen on Zauba (Indian import/ export website).

HTC USA has posted a gif image on its Twitter account which is showing the back panel of both smartphones and the event date. As per the report of Phonearena, Zauba has listed One (M8 Eye) and Desire Eye with their price tag. Rs. 27,035 has given to the HTC One (M8 Eye) while Desire Eye has received the price tag of Rs. 21,490. These prices are for custom reasons, don’t consider them as a market price. That would be vary and differ from the listed price range.

You have not got the list of specification from the listing except that the rumoured Selfie smartphone will have 5.2-inch screen and support dual SIM while the successor of One M8 will get 5-inch screen with single SIM support.

Let’s talk about the Desire Eye which was leaked earlier in an image with specifications. As the Double exposure event was already in rumours because of the speculation, "something camera centric would arrive." It was speculated earlier that Nexus 9 would be the one that will make its presence on October 8 or it could be the HTC One (M8 Eye). However, the leaks for Desire Eye made a contradictory entrance in the leak by showing its 13MP front and rear cameras with f/2.0 wide-angle lens and dual-LED flash.

HTCFamily has posted an image of alleged Desire Eye which looks quite similar as Desire 820. @upleaks has provided the specification list of this handset which shows 5.2-inch full-HD display, 2GB of RAM, 2400mAh battery, 32GB inbuilt storage, quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and IPX7 certification. It is also speculated that a GoPro like waterproof RECamera can also be come to showcase at Double Exposure event.
