HTC is all set to host an event in New York. The invitation for the press event has been sent out which is scheduled for October 8. What will be coming, are just under the hood as Company has not provided a single detail regarding the event except the launch date.
We can only make the assumption about the event, looking at the invite. Two girls in the invite that are taking their selfie with a phone is simply a clear indication that, the Taiwanese giant may bring a camera centric device. The two word, “Double Exposure” is also giving the prior indication of something big would showcase. It may be the new HTC One (M8) or Company may also bring the enhanced camera for the same.
It is also expected that the Nexus 9 would also make entry in this event. The 8.9-inch Nexus tablet is codenamed as Volantis. As the chip maker Nvidia had earlier indicated about the Tegra K1 processor will be equipped in the HTC Nexus 9 which will release in few weeks. So, it could be the one to take birth in the New York City on October 8.
Few days back, Company had brought Desire 820 in market with cool features. So, the event could also bring the same for US or some other device can be appeared to make everyone surprise. But, the invitation shows something big will arrive in New York city.
As we know that the HTC One M8 has a duo camera, one is coupled with 4 ultrapixel clarity and the second one works in a manner to refocus images, detect the background and do lots of other tasks. The smartphone in the invites doesn’t look like HTC Desire 820. So, speak anything about what would be arriving is just like throwing words on street.
HTC Desire 820 was announced at IFA 2014 which is powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. The Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC Sense UI is used to run the device. Company had announced that this handset will hit the store shelves by end of the September.
