HTC Quietly Starts Selling Desire 630 in India

HTC - the Taiwanese corporation has been launching a number of smartphones from quite a time in the country among which HTC Desire 630 stood apart as the company despite launching did not reveal any details on the pricing of the gadget. However, if what latest reports state is considered to be true then the company has surely and quietly started the sale of its flagship device in India.

The company has priced the Android smartphone for INR 14,990 and has made it available for purchase via company's online store as well as other local retailers. The company is unveiling the product in two color variants namely in Stratus White and Graphite Grey.

The official listing from the company's end confirms that HTC is bundling 24-bit hi-res HTC Extreme Fidelity earphones, lanyard, and a two-piece snap case free with the GSM-handset. One must recall that the HTC Desire 630 was initially unveiled back at MWC 2016 alongside the Desire 530 and Desire 825 smartphones.

In terms of specifications, the Dual-SIM device comes with a 5-inch HD Super LCD Display that gives a resolution of 720x1280 pixels and is additionally powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. The device is further powered by a 2GB RAM and offers 16GB of inbuilt storage with expansion ability via microSD card up to 2TB which definitely is going to be a game changer for many users.

HTC Desire 630 houses a 2200mAh battery

The handset operates on HTC Sense 7 UI based Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and BSI sensor. The rear camera gets additional support from the 5-megapixel camera on the front end which also comes with a BSI sensor. The Desire 630 also comes with BoomSound speakers with Dolby Audio and houses a 2200mAh battery that comes with a smart power saving mode.
